We take as much care within the simple ingredients we use in our beef sticks as we do with the meat. Here is our ingredient deck for our Chimichurri flavored stick: Grass-fed beef, water, sea salt, citric acid, spices (including black and red pepper, oregano), celery juice, garlic, cilantro flakes, parsley flakes, in beef collagen casings. That is right, No Added Sugar, No MSG, No Gluten and No Nitrates (excluding the ones naturally occurring in celery juice).
